helpful staff comfortable beds confusing check-in small room
the room was modern. it had comfortable beds and the provided kitchen facilities were very useful. the staff was helpful and friendly. the top floor common room provided a quiet workspace. there was a view and complimentary tea and coffee available.
the check-in process was confusing. it was not clear where the actual hotel was located. there was no air conditioning and the room felt warm. the room also felt quite small.

okay location and helpful staff
great location friendly receptionist small room no air conditioning
the location is great i had a choice of many stations within 10-15 mins walk canary wharf station was closest i could see it from my window simon at the reception is super friendly he greeted me as if i was a special guest making me feel very welcome the room was super clean and smelled amazing. the room has everything i needed a cooker plates glasses a kettle and a toaster i felt right at home
the room 806 was extra small i found this pretty annoying having no air conditioning should mean a until is not installed there was disparity on which guest received a fan and who did not the summer heat in the area made it impossible to sleep comfortably. should you have a medium or big luggage there is no space to open the luggage the shower room is so tiny that after the shower one cannot dry oneself inside there is no counter space for your toiletries

charming stay in a modern studio
clean studio modern design useful kitchenette
i was charmed by the cleanliness of my roomy studio. the modern design was evident in every detail. the kitchenette proved very useful, with all necessary appliances, including a microwave and hob. it allowed me to prepare simple meals, saving on dining expenses.
the absence of air conditioning was slightly noticeable during warmer days.

the room had a large television. it also featured a well-equipped kitchenette. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the bathroom included a rainfall shower , and complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee in the guest lounge on the second floor. i enjoyed several cups daily. the lounge provides a comfortable area , and i relaxed while reading a book. there were some snacks available for purchase too.

the hotel is near a tube station , and i could access different areas easily. i found several shops and restaurants nearby. i could walk to the local attractions , and i found this very convenient. the neighborhood was quiet at night.

the location is convenient to canary wharf station. it gives very easy access to the jubilee line. the apartment has what you need.
